How the plan is worked out. By your number of active workers — the people who do the work, whether or not they ever sign in. It is not priced by user account: everybody who needs a login gets one, office, field, apprentices and subcontractors included.
If you grow. A plan covers up to its stated number of active workers. Orientra tells you when you have two places left, and again at one. To add more people than your plan covers, you move to the next plan — it takes a moment, applies straight away, and you pay only the difference for the days left in your term. Someone who has left the company no longer counts.
Monthly or annual. Pay each month, or pay for a year at once and save 10%. You can cancel at any time. Payments are not refunded: your plan runs to the end of the month or year you have paid for, and then Orientra becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted.
Currency and tax. Prices are in Canadian dollars, for customers in Canada and the United States alike. Any tax that applies is calculated and added at checkout.

You are not asked for a payment card to start. A trial never turns into a paid subscription on its own, so nothing is charged when it ends.

If you do not choose a plan, Orientra becomes read-only. You can still sign in, read everything, export it and report an incident. Nothing is deleted.

Implementation
You can configure and import everything yourself — the product is built for that, and it is the honest default. If you would rather we did some of it with you, that is quoted separately and you will see the number before you commit.

Included. If a support model ever changes, existing customers will be told what changed and when, rather than finding out at renewal.

Nothing. The price follows your active workers, and every person who needs an account gets one.
