What does a talk include?
A short summary of why it matters, the key points to cover, and questions to ask the crew so it is a conversation and not a reading.
How is attendance recorded?
The person giving the talk picks who was there from your roster, so the record ties to the real person and not to a spelling on a sign-in sheet. It is stored with the date and the site.
Do the talks work outside Manitoba?
Yes. A key point that cites a Manitoba regulation is only shown to companies in Manitoba, so a company in another province is not read somebody else’s law.
